Changes in looks…
I recently shaved my head, so that is the first change in my looks 🙂
Today I will be working on looks. I will be trying some beauty recipes for me 🙂
Also I am thinking of changing my blog theme to a more aesthetic one.
Tomorrow, after 10 very sick days at home, I will go out for some fresh air. Oh, I need this so much…
I am about to forget how it feels to be outdoors 🙂
My toothinfection is healed so time to visit the dentist for a cure.
My gut is not that bad too, no gas no diarrhea, just normal feeling. I used so many probiotics including Solgar’s Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus and I think they worked well. I also did my daily rub with tea tree oil to prevent candida on my tongue during antibiotics treatment. I ate probiotic yoghurt 5-6 times a day with my super-healthy easy cabbage meal.
So I think I am doing good.
Pain relief with tea tree oil…
Did you know that tea tree oil can be used for pain relief for toothaches and treatment for cold sores?
I haven’t until today. I had a really bad tootache and put some tea tree oil to a tiny cotton ball and put it onto my tooth for 10 minutes. It stopped instantly and relieved me from a terrible ache for an hour. I will go to dentist tomorrow, so I should spend this night with an aching tooth. Thank God, there is something that heals everything: Tea tree oil!
Of course, this is not a cure, however it is definitely healthier and more effective than taking painkillers 🙂
I also used it for my cold sore at the corner of my mouth, when it was beginning to itch & grow this morning. With tea tree oil, its growth has stopped! I think tomorrow it would be even smaller. Normally, when I have a cold sore, it stays about 7-10 days and it grows very fast on the first day. Tea tree oil worked to stop its growth so I will keep on using it tomorrow.
Give it a try 🙂 I hope you don’t need it. I will post again on this topic and let you know the progress.
The cold sore thing shows that my immune system is not great although I keep getting better. Therefore, I should not assume that I am healed if I see an improvement. It will take time and effort. I’ve already accepted that fact but this time I am not depressed at all. I have had quite a breakthrough in the last 2 weeks and will keep on healing. Different from before, I have hope.
I’ve just found the ultimate treatment for oral candida thrush & white tongue :)
I tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING 🙂
- The doctor’s prescriptions and lots of them…
- Home-remedies that I’ve found on the net by reading hundreds of websites, forums, blogs, hospital/clinic, websites etc.
- I used ACV, propolis, brushing it etc and also prescribed drugs against oral candida for years.
They did not completely go away no matter what…
I have found something that is written nowhere and no doctor told me about it. I got rid of tongue thrush in 3 fucking days!
I put pure tea tree oil on a towel and rubbed it 5 times a day to my tongue and inside my mouth until there is no whiteness. That’s it!
On the first day, I could not be sure, maybe they come back etc. so I did not write this post, but on second day it got better, and now it is so pretty pink and there is no pain or a metallic taste 🙂
I am so happy I have a pink tongue like this 🙂
I am so happy, happy, happy, happy 🙂
Try it if you have tongue thrush.
How to test & diagnose if you have oral candida / tongue thrush:
CHECK IT OUT: Check your tongue out. Does it look like this? If so, it could be thrush. It could also be other things. To be sure, do the spit test in the following.
SPIT TEST: As you get up, before doing anything including brushing your teeth or drinking water etc. spit in a cup of water in a glass an watch what happens:
- if your spit stays on top like a foam, then you have nothing to worry about,
- If it slowly goes down like jellyfish tails then you have excess oral candida, probably on your tongue.
- 15 minutes later, check again. If the tails became a white floor on the bottom, then you have to do something about your thrush immediately.
Easy diagnosis, easy treatment!
Stay healthy 🙂
