The ultimate lazy recipe added: “Altogether in”

Hello all,

As you know, I try everything. I have redefined lazy cooking with my last recipe.

This recipe is originally my father’s idea who happens to be a machine engineer 🙂

“Altogether in” recipe:

You add all the ingredients at once, no mixing before, no cooking before, no order of cooking.

The tip is very low heat.

Put fresh or frozen meat, onions, tomatoes, veggies, potatoes etc of your choice in some water 1-2 glasses (it does not even have to be boiled!)

Cook it at very low heat for 1-2 hours. That is the only rule…

If necessary, you can add boiled water while cooking, but if you use low heat it won’t be necessary at all.

That is it. Now you can burn your cookbooks 🙂

This is my first altogether in idea:

What has changed in a month? A lot!

A month ago, I started this blog. I wrote 10 things about me and it was very depressing to honestly admit that I have many problems. Now, I will make the first monthly evaluation. My comments of today are marked with red. Updated on Jan 23, 2015.

1. Single, white, female like the fucking movie. I am single, never been married, I live alone. I am fucking alone. Therefore, I have no personal life or career. What do I have?

I am still single 🙂 However, I do not feel alone. I have you dear reader! Actually, I enjoy my alone time a lot. I have many projects so I do not think about my single status that much.

I have severe fibromyalgia, mitral valve pulmonerasis (heart disease), major depression, leaky gut syndrome, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome and the worst of it “candida albicans” throughout my digestive system. It is suprising that I haven’t died yet!

New recipe added: Salmon veggie soup :)

salmon - Copy

This one is very easy

Take your favorites among the recommended veggies, clean them, chop them, boil them in water until they are smooth. I usually boil them for an hour with low heat.

Add salmon pieces in boiling veggies, add some soy sauce or salt, some seasoning like rosemary, turmeric and especially fresh dill. Wait 5 minutes.

It is ready!

New recipe added: Bone broth chicken soup

Here is the bone broth with poultry. This was my first trial of making bone broth from chicken.

Since chicken is not very easy to cut, I put the whole organic and free-range chicken into a big pot and cook a little. Then I cut the chicken and take out the bones and skin, added 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and cooked them for 5 hours in very low heat in a pot full of water.

Quick notes here:

New recipe added: Sour cherry yoghurt

Here is one of the latest ones:
Very easy to prepare anytime you crave for dessert
Take some frozen cherries and mix it with normal or probiotic youghurt.
For a creamy taste, you can add some coconut milk or coconut oil in yoghurt and mix them beforehand.
You can also add acai berries, strawberries, raspberries etc for your taste.
Bon appétit!

Wow, I’ve reached 100 posts already in the first 3 weeks since I’ve started blogging :)

kefir - Copy - Copy

Silly but I liked it! I will celebrate it with some kefir as I cannot drink alcohol as I have a leaky gut 🙂

This is my home-made smoothie style kefir. Pinky as it has 1 teaspoon of fresh cherry juice left from the frozen sour cherries that I eat a small bit every day. So cheers!
