Today I will be wishing more…
I am forcing myself to wish for more and more positive things. I now believe that I get what I wish for. All this time, I thought my realistic side made me strong but it was making me miserable.
When I find myself pitying for me again, I distract my mind for the better things to expect.
So I wish myself a great Sunday with full of sun. It is sunny outside and I am going to the beach today. I will walk for 5-6 hours, read my book and have myself a nice day.
Please do yourself a favor today and postpone your worries to Monday 🙂 Get depressed tomorrow, not today. Have fun & peace like it is your last day.

I am getting happier and healthier for no particular reason :)
My misearable life is changing since that seagull under the plane. It was the first time in years I felt myself really lucky and blessed to catch that frame.
Now, although I still have health problems I try to live healthy and believe that I will get better every day.
Yesterday I was out, walking and meeting some friends. While on my way I saw my favorite swing in the park and I could not resist 🙂 I swinged like a happy child with laughter, dreamed of and prayed for the better days to come for me, family and friends.

My 21 project
Chloé is inspired! How about you?
So I recently discovered a new blogger on WordPress who started her blog in order to take control of her life this year. I can tell she’s been through a lot and her story is really inspiring to me.
Alex decided that she would set 35 goals for herself this year since she is or will be turning 35 years old. Here is the link to her amazing project. Check it out, her blog is amazing.
I decided that I would give it a try and set myself 21 goals to reach this year in order to stay inspired and be the best version of myself 🙂
So here are my first 5 projects/goals:
1. Practice yoga at least 3 times a week (and set up a good routine for it).
My goal is not to lose or gain any weight, I just want to be fit and more flexible…
