Instructuons:

Put 1-2 tablespoonfulls of water in a teflon pan and heat.

Take 1 egg and whip it. Add to pan with boiling water in it. (You should be quick, as water will be steamed in a minute)

Take the cooked eggs and put them on a slice of bread (use gluten-free bread if you have leaky gut or celiac disease)

Mix tomato paste with some chopped walnuts, you can add chopped onions and garlic in it too. (Garlic and onions are not recommended for breakfast)

Put them on the eggs, put another slice of bread and your snack is ready!

You can add a pinch of salt if you want.

Do not add any ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard etc. as they are not good for gut.
