It is easy, quick and healthy!
- I add 1 kind of beans or peas but you can skip that if your gut is not well. Mine is getting better with all the prebiotics and I add them a little.
- I add turmeric and rosemary to almost every dish. You can use them too. Not bad for the gut and turmeric is very tasty while rosemary gives the fresh garden aroma.
- Black cumin oil is an immune system booster. But never cook it. Just add a little to your dishes.
