UPDATE on HEALTH PROJECT!

As I was informed today,

My candida albicans in my digestive system are

50% lower when compared to 15 days ago!

My diet works on Candida! 

Of course it is still higher than it should be, but progress is progress 🙂

I am ridiculously happy and proud of myself for sticking to my healthy diet!

I also have a home diagnosis and remedy recommendations for tongue thrush.

Will be posting it today
