Cleaning is done, now it is time to cook and self-rejuvenation

by Alex - Project Lady

Thank you all for following and supporting me πŸ™‚

This really boosted me yesterday and I cleaned my messy house.

Now it is time to clean me πŸ™‚

I cooked a super-healty soup with homemade boneΒ broth.Β That is to treat my freaky leaky gut.

I put some onions, meatballs, vegetables (broccoli, carrot etc), chickpeas; added turmeric, rosemary for flavor. At the end, I added freshly cut garlic.

OMG it tastes soooo goood πŸ™‚

That does look kinda yummy πŸ™‚
I think I must be the only person in the world who can’t make soup. I mean, I can throw all the stuff in, even follow a recipe, and eventually I produce something that even looks like soup. It’s when you taste it, however, that you realise it’s actually not soup at all……….but “something else” in the disguise of soup. *sigh*.
Years of practice mean I am also highly skilled at failing at soup πŸ˜€

The trick is the ingredient. Use home made bone broth or stock for the best taste. I do not even put any salt or extra oil in it cuz it is so tasty itself.

Also, you can use the vegetables pre-cooked by yourself or just buy them frozen. If you pre-cook the veggies with steam they will taste much better.

Use garlic and onions no matter what because these give the best taste. I will post the quick recipe of the bone broth too.

It is easy. Really easy. You can do it πŸ™‚
